Description
The Sameo Elbow Brace combines two actions that ordinary braces keep separate: a compression sleeve in elastic knit that warms and stabilises the whole elbow, and an adjustable counterforce strap that applies precise pressure to the body of the tendon. The result: the point of pull shifts away from the painful attachment area — you're protected while you're active, not just at rest.

How to use
1. Pull the sleeve over your elbow, with the strap positioned 2 to 3 cm below the crease of the elbow, on the upper forearm.
2. Adjust the strap: firm, but without restricting circulation. You should feel clear pressure on the muscle, not a tourniquet.
3. Wear it while you're active (sport, DIY, work) — there's no need to keep it on 24/7.
