Can I wear them all day, or only at certain times?
Wear them whenever you need to. For a long activity (knitting, gardening, driving), to ease a flare-up, or simply at night for more supple mornings. Many of our customers wear them a few hours a day plus overnight.

How do I choose my size (S, M or L)?
Measure around your hand with a tape measure, at the base of the fingers (excluding the thumb), palm relaxed. S: 15-17 cm. M: 17-19 cm. L: 19-22 cm. If in doubt, size up. Exchanges are free within 30 days.
Will my hands sweat or itch?
The breathable cotton and open fingertips prevent moisture build-up. No latex, no nickel, hypoallergenic. If your skin is very sensitive, wash the gloves once before first use.
My fingers are already misshapen. Is it too late for me?
No. The gloves don't reverse a deformity that's already set in — no product can. But they act on pain and stiffness, which are separate things. Many of our customers at an advanced stage report regained comfort, even when nodules are visible.
Can I sleep with something on my hands?
Yes. The fabric is soft and breathable, the compression is comfortable, and the open fingertips prevent any closed-in feeling. Most of our customers tell us they forget they're wearing them after 2 or 3 nights.

Machine wash at 40 °C maximum, dry flat in the open air. To make them last longer, we recommend alternating two pairs — which also means you always have a clean pair to hand.
